Aging in oak this Alpha Omega proprietary red wine is made of 50% of Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% of Merlot and 22% of Cabernet Franc. So, this red wine has rich aromas and flavors with smooth tannins. Alpha Omega red wine accommodates all gourmet meals including red meats, pastas, poultry, grilled fish, and aged cheese. This great red wine, hand harvested must be served at 60F.
