Product Availability
Although we are usually able to ship your order on the same day, occasionally, tremendous demand will deplete our stock of a particular product. In these cases, you will be notified and given the option to remove the item from your order, substitute the item, or wait for the item to become available. Your credit card will only be charged when your order is shipped to ensure your satisfaction with your order.

Tracking your order
Tracking information on your order is available at the Fedex website 24 hours after you receive shipment notification from Italia Gourmet. To access the carrier website that handles your shipment, click here and enter your tracking number in the appropriate field.

San Francisco Bay Area Pickup
You can save on shipping costs by picking up your order at our fullfillment center located at 1445 4th Street, Alameda, CA 94501. This convenience is offered to Bay Area residents 5 days a week except Holiday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Alcoholic Beverages can only be shipped to 26 states
Both you and the recipient must be 21 or older to purchase and receive Alcoholic Beverages. We DO NOT ship outside the United States, to P.O.Boxes, or to APO and FPO addresses.

Adding Gift Messages
We will be happy to include a personal message for your gift. When using our shopping cart, there will be a field when checking out that reads "Gift Message", just fill in whom the gift is for, your personal greeting, and whom the gift is from. We will attach your personal message to your gift for no extra charge.
